She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnold Burgher and Kathleen Burgher (Aalders); her husband Paul; her son Grant; and her brothers, Neil "Red" and Arnold "Red".

She is survived by: her children, Mark (Leslie Campbell), Kentville, Sherry Bonderud (Wayne) and Shelley Rogers (Rosanne Balsom); her grandchildren, Logan Acker of Calgary, Dustin Acker (Montreal), Devan Rogers (Sackville) and Caitlin Rogers (Cambridge); her granddaughter-in-law Charlotte "Charlie" Peak of Halifax; and her great grandchild Cedar Rogers of Halifax. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
