He was predeceased by: his parents, John Frook and Beulah Frook; his brother John Ellard Frook; his sister-in-law Norma; his sister Gladys Robertson; and his brother-in-law Bob Robertson.

He is survived by: his wife Loretta; his children, Jenny and Tim; his stepchildren, Melissa and Jeff; and his pet Millie.
