It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Walter Kenneth Thorne (Kentville, Nova Scotia), who passed away on May 31, 2025, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, David Thorne and Nancy Thorne; and his siblings, Maurice, George, Derek, Linda and Peter.
He is survived by: his wife Marlene (Price); his stepson Neal Bentley (Laura); his grandson Sean Bentley (Lily); and his great grandchildren, Adalynn and Aubree.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the White Family Funeral Home (100 Cornwallis St, Kentville, NS B4N 2E4).
