He was predeceased by: his parents, William Chapman and Joyce Chapman (Shirley). He is survived by: his wife Deborah (Robinson); his stepchildren, Amanda Taylor (Roderick Adam) of Phoenix and Jason Taylor of Tokyo, Japan.; his grandchildren, Theodore, Penelope and Valentijn Adam; and his siblings, Shirley MacDougall (Chapman) of Hamilton, Norma Chapman of Stephenville and John of Calgary.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Bill's memory can be made to the Valley Regional Hospital Foundation or St. John's Anglican Church.
