He was predeceased by: his parent Maurice Weir; and his sisters, Elizabeth "Betty" Murphy and Shirley Zwicker. He is survived by: his parent Jennie Weir (Faulkner); his wife Sylvia (Hamm); his daughter Kim Flemming (Kevin) of Bedford; his brother Douglas (Marie); and his grandsons, Owen, Liam, Jake Flemming and Reece Weir. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
