She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles H. Moore and Emeline M. Moore (Forsythe); her former husband W. John Molyneaux; her brother Frank H. Moore; her sister-in-law Marion Moore (Russell); her sons-in-law, Kirby Nowlan and Robert Hartling; and her husband John E. Palmer.

She is survived by: her daughters, Elizabeth F. Hartling, Deborah Nowlan and Catherine Willett (Michael). She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.

Memorial donations in memory of Winnie may be made to St. James Anglican Church, Kentville.
