She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Barteaux and Lulu Barteaux (Nixon); her husband Fred Duncan; her grandson Mark Dykens; her brothers, Reginald "Bud" and Dean Barteaux; and her friend Jean Burnett.
She is survived by: her children, Terry, Debra Veinotte (Kevin), Reverend Pauline Coffin (Michael) and Hantsport; her grandson Chris Coffin; her daughters, Shell Burnett and Bobbie Martin; and her brother Hugh Barteaux (Norma).
