Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Jean Irene Clarke (Kingston, Nova Scotia), who passed away at the age of 94, on June 25, 2025. She was predeceased by: her parents, Simon Holden and Blanche Holden (Pierce) of Jordan Falls; her husband Ralph; and her siblings, Marion Burns, Hazel Ritchie, Earle, Frank and Harold Holden.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia (Rod Bergen) of Edmonton, AB, Ken Clarke (Shirley Parker), New Minas, Jimmie Clarke (Shirley), Frank Clarke and Brian Clarke of Kingston, NS; her grandchild Ryan Pelley (Chantelle); her son Dustin Clarke (Megan); her great grandchildren, Melody and Azlynn Pelley; and her granddaughters, Stella and Margot Clarke. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Royal Canadian Legion (1472 Veterans Ln, Kingston, NS B0P1R0).
Memorial donations may be made to a charity of choice.
