He was predeceased by : his parents, Raymond Redden and Margaret Redden (Foley); and his sister Gloria. He is survived by : his daughter Dallas (Jason) of Alberta; and his brothers, Carroll (Johanna) of Kentville and Terry (Diane) of Beaverbank. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
