It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Melvin Ernest Martin of Kingston, Nova Scotia, who passed away on December 20, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Reginald Martin and Clara Martin (Ritcey); his wife Margaret "Marge"; his brothers, Dennis and Ernest; and his brother-in-law David.

He is survived by : his son Myles Martin (Barbara) of Haneytown, NB; his siblings, Carol Ann MacLean and Allen Martin (Joyce); and his sisters-in-law, Adrienne and Sheila. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Donations in memory may be made to the Kingston United Baptist Church.
