He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Howlett and Marguerite Howlett (Arnold); his son Joseph Norman Howlett; his sisters, Joan Stevens and Kay MacDonnell; and his father-in-law Norman Guy.
He is survived by: his wife Lorraine "Norma"; his brothers, Gordon of Toronto, ON, Ken (Diane), Bob (Jane), Wellington, Bruce (Debbie) and Tom (Bev); and his mother-in-law Lily Guy. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Diabetes Association or your local SPCA.
