He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, John Melbourne Deveau and Yvonne Margaret of Salmon River; his wife Elsie of L'Ardoise; his children, Roselle Grande Prairie (Tim Doyle) and Gregory L'Ardoise (Leah Curtis); his grandsons, James, David and Grande Prairie; and his friend Alfred Comeau (Gail).
