With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Donald Norman Mombourquette of L'Ardoise, Nova Scotia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 25, 2025 at the age of 61. He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Mombourquette and Sophie (Martell) of L'Ardoise; his sisters, Anna and Gwen Mombourquette; and his sons, Christopher Mombourquette and Desmond Sullivan.

He is survived by: his wife Jennie Mombourquette; his children, Ryan, Tristan (Katie Ann), Holly (Evan Sampson) and Peter (Kristine); his grandchildren, Warren, Gage (Kenzie), Kaden, Jordan, Miya, Shayla (Miley), Connor, Zaine, Ciara, Gavin (Shelby), Raya, Desmond and Jennie Rose; his family, Walter, Kelly, Ceilidh and Alyssa; his godson Robbie (Daisy); his family Lori (Don); his siblings, Raymond, Allen and Sandra (Doug); his nephews, Georgie (Erin) and Eddie (Mary-Susan); his goddaughter Mary Lee Ann Johnson; his friend Ronnie Mombourquette (Krista); and his pets, Summer, Precious, Levi and Stormy.
