She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony "Tony" and Amelia Avery (Richard); her former husband Wilfred Levangie; her husband Lester Sanford; her siblings, Helen, Margaret, Clara, Mary, Garnet, Abby, Ethel, John, Simon, Irvin and Mike; and her stepbrother Clarence Richard.
She is survived by: her close friend Nancy Inferrera; and her pet McGee. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
