He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Thomas and Helen Thomas (Brownell); and his sister Evelyn Carter. He is survived by: his wife Marion Lowther; his children, Andrew (Barb) and Karla Perrin (Garth); his grandchildren, Alexander Thomas (Hannah) of Brackley Point, PEI, Ryann Perrin and David Perrin; his great grandchild Axle; his siblings, Ronald (Ethel) of Grand Cache, Gerald of Prince George, BC and Janet Tattrie (Freeman); and his brother-in-law Aubrey Carter. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and cousins.
