He was predeceased by: his parent Cerino McCullough. He is survived by: his mother Joyce McCullough (Banks); his wife Nadine McCullough (Smith); his children, Amanda and Frankie; and his stepdaughters, Whitney and Wendy. He is also survived by three sisters; a brother; nieces and nephews.
