She was predeceased by : her parent Maurice Chetwynd; her husband Clinton Peterson; her siblings, Arnold, Floyd and Vida; and her husband Cecil Townsend (Bub).

She is survived by : her parent Mabel Chetwynd (MacKay); her sons, Arnold Townsend (Betty Lou) and Duane Peterson (Judy); and her sister Myrna Theriault.

Memorial donations may be made to the Lockeport First Responders or Lockeport Fire Department.
