We are sad to announce that on May 6, 2018, at the age of 59, Frank Edward Cotter (Lockeport, Nova Scotia), born in Shelburne, Nova Scotia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parent Edward Cotter. He is survived by : his parent Edna Cotter (Higby); his siblings, Mike (Brenda) and Cindy Courtney (Brett); and his nieces and nephews, Shauna, Sonya, Stacey, Corby of Dylan, Dalton, Kaitlyn, Emma, Madison, Mark Strange, Kathy Doucette and Mark Peterson.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Lockeport and Area First Responders or the Victorian Order of Nurses.
