He was predeceased by: his parents, Sidney Enslow and Madeline Enslow (Williams); his wife Audrie Enslow; and his brothers, Arthur, Tommy, Bernard (Beatrice) and Leroy (Eula).

He is survived by: his children, Jeff Enslow (Stephaine) and Tara Hillyer (Dave) of Ottawa; his grandchildren, Kaiden and Tiana Hillyer of Ottawa; his sister Florence Sullivan (Larry) of Vancouver, B. C.; and his siblings-in-law, Rose Foote (Dale) of Shelburne, Zena Foote (Byron) of Port Joli, Leora Enslow, Stella Enslow of Liverpool and John Foote of Canada Hill. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
