Shirley Louise Adema Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Shirley Louise Adema of Lockeport, Nova Scotia, born in Yarmouth, Nova Scotia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 27, 2025 at the age of 67. She was predeceased by: her mother C. Irene Hagar; and her stepfather Amos Hagar. She is survived by: her father Arthur Hupman (Gene); her stepmother Jeannette; her son Derek (Cailin); her grandsons, Brody, Drew, Dean and Griffen; and her siblings, David (Trish), Sharon (Mike), Marilyn (Ralph), Christopher (Debbie), Susan (Wendell) and Lisa Hagar. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and several special friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Lockeport Independent Baptist Church, Lockeport First Responders or Rockland Cemetery.
