He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecile Samson and Ernest Samson; and his parents-in-law, Rose and Francis Jeffrey (Paul Poirier). He is survived by: his children, LeeAnne (Glen), Therese (Mark) and Christian (Janelle); his wife Joan; his grandchildren, Laurenn (Daphne), Kara (Jeff), Devyn, Brayden, Callie and Sadie; and his siblings, Dave (Elaine), Andrew (Carol), Ernie (Patsy), Beatrice (Tommy) and Henry (Terry). He is also survived by numerous in-laws, nieces and nephews.
