We are sad to announce that on August 17, 2020, at the age of 90, William Cecil Blackburn of Lower Prospect, Nova Scotia, born in Halifax, Nova Scotia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Blackburn and Agnes Blackburn (Huelin); and his siblings, Sherman, Leo, Francis and Jean.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret (Babe); his children, Cathy Smith, Gina Slaunwhite (Doug) and Lenny Blackburn (Rhonda); his sister Lena Ryan; his grandchildren, April (Greg), Jennifer (Dennis), Phillip (Shauna-Lee), Angela (Chad), Adam (Laura) and Matthew (Tessa); his stepgranddaughters, Shannon and Taryn Hudder; and his great grandchildren, Ethan, Katie, Samantha, Emma, Nate and Sieanna. He is also survived by friends and his fur buddy Willie (cat).
