He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank MacDougall and Josephine MacDougall; and his siblings, Mary, Nellie, Gerald, Donald, Leonard and Johnny Leblanc.

He is survived by: his siblings, Pauline Harper and Reg; his children, Donald, Paula (Dean Logie) and Krista (Lloyd Cross); his wife Gladys; his children, Barry and Cathy; his grandchildren, Mandai (Anil), Harley (Brandi), Jennie (Steve), Ellysha, Lindsay (Cory), Mitchell and Josie; and his great grandchildren, Alex, Nick, Sydney, Maddox and Gussy. He is also survived by Uncle.
