She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Harper and Elizabeth Harper (Larade); her husband Allister Joseph; her son Bruce Craig; and her siblings, John Joseph, Peggy, Mary, Albert and Phyllis (family: Dorothy, Josephine, Shirley, Clem, Elise, Mona, Johnny, Sandra).

She is survived by: her children, Allister (Darlene) of Newfoundland, Debra Reid (late William) of Lower Sackville, Stephen of Lower Sackville, Michael (Sherry) of Lower Sackville and Catherine McKenzie (Chris) of Lower Sackville; her grandchildren, James, Adam, Brett, Scott, Drake, Angus, Sarah and Emily; her great grandchild Joshua; and her siblings, Stanley Harper (late Theresa) and Ann Spears (Alex) of Inverness. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Kay can be directed to the Canadian Cancer Society.
