He was predeceased by: his parents, George Churchill and Laura Churchill; his sons, Michael and David; and his siblings, Melvin, Leonard and Evelyn.

He is survived by: his wife Hilda Churchill; his children, Charlene (Don Marr), Raymond (Cindy) and Glen; his grandsons, Bradley (Kim) and Shane; his great grandchild Luna Rose; and his siblings, Raymond, Edwin, Mary, Lil, Rose and Joan. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family.
