He is survived by: his wife Carol Jean (Parker); his sons, Joseph James Scott, Sackville and Wallace Parker Scott (Symphony Cragg); his siblings, Peggy, Dianne (Eddie), Terry (Nancy) and Richard (Rhea); and his grandchildren, Alvin, Britain, Ireland, Scotland, Wallace Jr and Malcolm.
