He was predeceased by: his parents, Ethel Julien and StClair Julien; and his sister Janice Russell. He is survived by: his wife Frances; his children, Suzanne (Charlie) and Douglas (Katie); his grandson Ephraim; and his sisters, Juanita (Avard) and Patricia (Herb). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
