It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Francis Mahaney (Lower Sackville, Nova Scotia), born in Fogo, Newfoundland, who passed away on February 11, 2023, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Leora; his parents, Thomas and Elizabeth; and his siblings, Louise and John.
He is survived by: his son David (Margaret); his grandchildren, Stephen, Jennifer (Bradley) and Christopher (Laura); his great grandchildren, Sophie, Ella, Hannah and Brayden; and his sister Netta Greene of Clarenville, NL.
