He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Marshall and Maud Marshall; and his brothers, Roy Marshall, Wilfred Marshall, Clifford Marshall and Ronnie Marshall.

He is survived by: his children, Shawn Marshall (Susan), Scott Marshall and Shellie Marshall; his wife Rosalind Marshall; his siblings, Lorraine Murphy (Dave) and Glen Marshall (Shirley); and his sister-in-law Cathy Marshall (late Wilfred Marshall). He is also survived by many extended family members, dear friends.

A celebration of life was held on Friday, March 6th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Rock Church (222 Sackville Dr, Lower Sackville, NS B4C2R4).
