He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ewart MacNeill and Margaret MacNeill (Warner); his wife Jeanette MacNeill (Bona); his children, Michelle MacNeill of Halifax and Joe MacNeill (Meghan) of Middle Sackville; and his grandchildren, Bridget and Ronan MacNeill. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
