It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gerald Preston Stairs of Lower Sackville, Nova Scotia, born in Woodstock, New Brunswick, who passed away on May 30, 2022, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Burns N. Stairs and Gertrude Stairs (Clowes); his wife Lillian; and his siblings, Pearl, Murray, Edgar, Luella, Rowena and Ivan.
He is survived by: his sons, Ken Stairs, Bedford and David Stairs (Dawn); his sister Norma Magee of Gagetown, NB; his grandchildren, Jennifer (North Carolina), Angela (Dale), McKay (Lower Sackville) and Mark (Kailey); and his great grandchildren, Joshua, Rosalie and Lillian.
