She was predeceased by: her parents, Thelma Maddox and Calvin Henderson; her husband Lloyd A. Smith; her sisters, Audrey (Claude Watson), Eleanor Howe (Doug) and Barb Dolan (Jim); her granddaughter Rachel Nicholson; her great grandchild Isabelle Smith; and her son-in-law Brian Langthorne.
She is survived by: her children, Patsy Langthorne (Brian), Sharon Elliott (Wayne), Bernie Smith (Linda), Debbie Smith, Kevin Smith (Alana) and Tanya Nicholson (BJ); and her siblings, Mary Samson, Billy Maddox (Florence) and John Maddox (Darlene). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren.
