He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Seaton and Elizabeth Mae Westhaver (Christian); and his siblings, Carl, Bud, Bobby, Doris and Betty.

He is survived by: his wife Laurel Westhaver (Silver); his children, Clifford (Brenda), Blair (Sharon) and Lori (Gregory); his close friend Wesley Ettinger; and his pets, Missy and Trixey. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
