It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Howard James Blakeney (Lower Sackville, Nova Scotia), born in Bedford, Nova Scotia, who passed away on October 27, 2020, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Eldridge Blakeney and Nina Blakeney (Webber); and his sister Ruby. He is survived by: his wife Karen (Hamm); his children, Cindy (Jamie), Darlene and Michael (Heather); his grandchildren, Cody (Becca), Victoria, Andrew, Justin and Hannah; his great grandchildren, Brooklyn and Haylee; and his siblings, Earl, Lindsay, Colleen, Myrtle and Lily. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Masks are mandatory and social distancing will be observed.
