We are sad to announce that on September 9, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Irene Elizabeth Frost of Lower Sackville, Nova Scotia, born in Halifax, Nova Scotia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Fawson and Olive Fawson-Scallion (Casey); her husband John Frost (Jack); her brother Robert Fawson; and her sister-in-law Alana.

She is survived by: her children, Carrie-Anne Schmidt (Stew), Seana Pinkney (Kevin) and Jon Frost (Lisa); her siblings, Danny Fawson (Mary), Percy Fawson, Carol Fawson, Cathy Fawson, Mary Fawson, Trish Munro (John) and Barbara Hoban (Randy); and her grandchildren, Melissa, Kirk, Samantha, Noah, Joel and Luke.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer society or any of the groups where she volunteered.
