He was predeceased by: his parent Charles Waterfield; and his sisters, Patricia and Jane. He is survived by: his parent Clare Waterfield (MacNeil); his brothers, David, Vincent and Wayne; his nieces, Trish, Shelley, Amanda and Rachelle; his nephew Brandon; and his wife Monica (Ettinger). He is also survived by several grand-nieces and nephews.
