John Daniel MacLeod Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 10, 2025, at the age of 93, John Daniel MacLeod of Lower Sackville, Nova Scotia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy MacLeod (Jordan); his parents, John MacLeod and Margaret MacLeod; his siblings, Mary MacPherson and William MacLeod; and his brothers-in-law, Douglas James and Stephen Joseph Buttler.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kendra Jayne Woodman of Middle Sackville, NS and Heather Gray of Lower Sackville, NS; his grandchildren, Meaghen Berube (Jeremy) of Oakville, ON, Daniel Woodman of Middle Sackville, NS, Brandon Woodman of Ottawa, ON and Zarrin Saunders of Lower Sackville, NS; his great grandchild Vincent Berube of Oakville, ON; his siblings, Jean Butler, Alexis Janes of Saint John, NB and Donald MacLeod of Bedford Mass; and his nephew Danny Jordan.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Saint Francis By (192 First Lake Dr, Lower Sackville, NS B4C3J8).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Northwood Manor or the charity of the donor's choice and would be greatly appreciated.
