With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joseph Camille Simeon Dumas (Lower Sackville, Nova Scotia), born in Cochrane, Ontario, who passed away on October 1, 2019. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Simeon Albert Dumas and Marie Olive Lamothe; and his siblings, Anita, Adrienne, Juliette, Georgette, Gaston and Donald.

He is survived by: his wife Helen Dumas (Carroll); his children, Albert, Edward (Lynn) and Diana; his granddaughters, Samantha, Brittany and Angela; and his siblings, Theresa Sylvain (Rock), Angele Bernier (Marcel), Yvon Dumas, Louis Dumas Lamothe, Phillippe Dumas (Brenda) and Gaitan Dumas. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family.
