He was predeceased by: his parents, Madora Barkhouse and Joseph Arthur Risseeuw; his stepfather Kenneth Barkhouse; and his grandson Brock Bourrie. He is survived by: his wife Ruth (Carr); and his children, Steven (Lori), Mark (Corinne), Joanne (Claude) and Stacey. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
