We are sad to announce that on July 4, 2021, at the age of 89, Kenneth David Clahane (Lower Sackville, Nova Scotia), born in Bedford, Nova Scotia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Jean Coxhead; his parents, Thomas Francis Clahane and Maude Clahane (Carnell); and his brother Tom. He is survived by: his children, Kenneth V. (Patricia) of Waverley, Paul (Ann) of Bedford, Patricia, Robert (Diane) of Halifax and Timothy; his siblings, Sheila and William (Bill); and his grandchildren, Erin, Adam, Eric, Matthew, Phillip and Ben.
Covid protocols will be followed during visitation on Sunday, July 18, from 2:00 to 5:00 at T. K. Barnard Funeral Home, 85 Sackville Cross Road, Lower Sackville, N. S. To allow a Covid-friendly gathering size the funeral liturgy service will take place outdoors on Friday, July 23 at 1:00 pm at Brookside Community Cemetery, Wardour St., Bedford.
In lieu of flowers suggestions for memorial donations include the Margaree Salmon Association or the Northwood Foundation.
