It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Leona Janet Baker (Lower Sackville, Nova Scotia), born in Halifax, Nova Scotia, who passed away on March 9, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Edna O'Neill; her husband David; her father Leonard Joseph Craig; and her siblings, Leonard, Frank, Robert, Beverly and Sandra.

She is survived by: her grandson Kai; her sons, Scott Baker (Heather) and Lawrence Baker; her grandsons, Cole Baker and Carson Baker; and her sisters, Dorthy Wilcox, Patricia Steventon-MacAskill and Deborah Gauthier (Jack). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
