It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lloyd R. Burns of Lower Sackville, Nova Scotia, who passed away on February 28, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Allan Burns and Mabel Burns (Corkum); his son Rodney; his sister Audrey Doering; his stepmother Ruth Burns; and his stepsister Jean Maughan.

He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline (Bailey); his sons, Donald (Sharon) and Jamie (Sue); and his grandchildren, Solveig, Paige, Ella and Ruby. He is also survived by in-laws and all the extended family.

Due to Covid -19 restrictions, a private celebration of life will be held at Knox United Church, Sackville at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Knox United Church, Lower Sackville or a charity of your choice.
