She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lewis Pierce and Hope Pierce (Beardsley); her daughters, Deborah Leitch (John) of Halifax and Susan Bonin (Junior) of Terence Bay; her granddaughters, Melissa Deveau (Colin) and Jennifer Bonin (Corey MacDonald); her stepchildren, Rosalind (Rose), Eddy (Stephen Harrigan) of Edmonton and Bernard Knoll (late Carolyn) of Mount Pearl; her sisters, Norma Cunningham (late Johnny) of Berwick, Marian Barteaux (Ernest) of Hammonds Plains and Jane Corbin (Laurie) of West Bedford; her husband Berend; her stepdaughter Susan MacCormick (Derek); and her former husband Ivan Meister. She was also cherished by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
