He is survived by: his wife Frances Knight; his children, Heath Moore (Melissa), Brandi Lohnes (Jamie), Christine Raleigh (late Charles) and Alex Knight (Andrea); and his siblings, Austin, Elaine Barkhouse (Tom), Irma Weaver (Kerry) and Rosemarie Swinemar (Russell).
