He was predeceased by: his parents, Gladys McIntosh (Robar) and Thomas McIntosh; and his siblings, Rayford, Stephen, Jean and Bertha (Toot).
He is survived by: his wife Beverly; his son Johnny; his grandchildren, Patrick (Krista), Hope (Corey) and Meagan (Jeff); his great grandchildren, Brayden, Jurnie, Cohen, Emmett, Kale, Nevaeh, Deserai, Kalvin, Lilly, Noah and Bailey; and his siblings, Margaret Goreham Middle (Ron) and Thomas McIntosh Mount (Carol).
