With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Franklyn Percy Mills (Lower Sackville, Nova Scotia), born in Annapolis Royal, Nova Scotia, who passed away on October 30, 2020 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Percy Mills and Doris Mills. He is survived by: his wife Mary Louise (Johnston); his daughters, Sarah Sampson (Jacqueline) and Jessica Mills; his granddaughter Lillian Armstrong of Kanata, ON; his brother Laurie (Joanne); his sister-in-law Marilyn Johnston; his nephews, Kirk Mills and Michael Johnston; and his niece Jennifer Giles (Johnston).
Special thanks for support this year through Covid to Care Coordinator Carolyn Discher, Northwood Home Care, the staff of Caritas LTC where Frank has lived the past 4 months, and various departments at the QEII, especially the Emergency staff on October 24-25.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Frank can be directed to a charity of your choice, FOKCA (50 Pinetree Cres., Hammonds Plains, NS, B3Z 1K4), Bedford United Church (1200 Bedford Hwy, Bedford, NS, B4A 1C3), or the Heart and Stroke Association.
