With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Vincent Benoit of Lower Sackville, Nova Scotia, who passed away on June 25, 2025 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Benoit and Gertrude Benoit (Boutette); his wife Geneverah Corkum (Nebbie); his sister Shirley; his son-in-law Stephen Isnor; his grandson-in-law Joel Scott; and his son Joseph.
He is survived by: his friends, Bob, Mary-Ann Bozin, Bev and Brady Faulkner; his children, Catherine Lacey (Shawn), Hardwoodlands, Joanne Isnor, Lantz, Michael Benoit (Alda), Dartmouth, Bernadette Davis (Claude), Bezanson and Ecum Secum; his brother Milton (Bud); his grandchildren, Todd Lacey (Lisa), Alicia Cormier (Matt), Melissa Wallis (Marc), Joel Benoit (Stacey), Pamela Scott, Andrew Davis, Hayley Keddy (Ben) and Taylor Bezanson (Tristine); his great grandchildren, Matt Pike, Jayelle, Katie, Madison, Devon, Liam, Ruth, Aden, Fraser, Lilly, Evelyn, Evan, Jase and Ace; and his great great grandchildren, Milo and Ronin.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Atlantic Funeral Home Oakridge Chapel (1110 Old Sackville Rd, Middle Sackville, NS B4E3A6). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A reception will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 at 1:45 PM at the same location.
