With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth Lawrence (Lower Sackville, Nova Scotia), who passed away on April 29, 2023 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Gordan Fisher and Mary Frances Lawrence; her brothers, Ernie Fisher, Ira Fisher, Lester Fisher, Maynard Lawrence and Harley Lawrence; and her brother-in-law Carl Morgan.

She is survived by: her children, Jacqueline Fenton (Matthew) and Jason Purcell (Trish); her sisters, Josephine Best, Lillian Whalen and Bernice Lawrence; her sister-in-law Deborah Lawrence; her brothers, Robert Lawrence, Ronald Lawrence (Vera) and Bruce Lawrence (Tammie); her grandchildren, Emma Newman and Bradyn Purcell; her sisters, Christine Fisher and Marie Spinney (Gordon); and her sister-in-law Paula Lawrence. She is also survived by many nieces, grand-nieces, great-grand-nieces, nephews, and great-nephews.
