She is survived by: her sons, Kevin Burns (Leanda) and Greg Burns; her grandchildren, Natashia Lutz (Catherine), Jason Burns (Amber), Sarah Carr, Carolyn Burns (Jarett) and Tony Burns (Hannah); her great grandchildren, Brody, Harper, Anthony, Autumn, Kaden, Haylee, Raine and Casey; her great great grandchildren, Cali and Ethan; her sibling's children, Brenda Budd (Kirk) and Allan Mingo; and her friend Debbie Pryde.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to a charity of your choice in remembrance of Sally.
