He is survived by: his wife Nancy (Clark); his son Jeffery; his sisters, Barbara (Randy), Karen (Howard) and Gloria (Robert); his siblings-in-law, Debbie (Steve), Keith (Margie) and Larry (Christine); his mother-in-law Dorothy; his niece Sherri (Chris); his nephews, Michael, Christopher (Miranda) and Shawn (Vikki); his great-nephew Theodore; his pet Shiloh; and his friends, Brian (Michele), Steve (Darlene) and Jerry (Holly).
